Y Gelfyddyd o Ysgrifennu Caneuon gyda Gwŷr Gwent a gwesteion

A musical and spoken-word performance by Newport poet, writer and musician Laura Wainwright and Newport musician Julian Hayman of the Men of Gwent. The set will include readings of Laura’s poetry enhanced by Julian’s ambient compositions. Laura and Julian will also play a selection of acoustic guitar-based instrumental pieces along with versions of traditional narrative folk songs adapted by Julian with the late folk singer and writer Charlotte Greig – a dedication to an unjustly overlooked innovator and talent in music, story and song.
